The practice is limited to HUD related developments, i.e. 221 (d) 4, 221 (d) 3 , 223 (f) , 223 (a) 7, 232, M2M, 202/811 multifamily housing projects insured by HUD, Enforcement issues. Conversions, TPA's, etc.  Some of Happy's clients include Andres Construction, Credit Finance Corporation, Community Housing Corp., Fabius Corp., Goldman Sachs, Hudgins Companies, Matthews Southwest, Nevins/Adams, Norstar Companies, Sterling Companies, Texas Capital Bank, Trammel Crow, Unified Housing Foundation, Inc., etc.  Our primary practice is out of the Region VI HUD office in Fort Worth and the HUD Area offices in Houston and San Antonio. However, since the HUD practice is standardized nationally, Happy is able to follow his clients when their projects are located anywhere in the Country.
